2 Buyer Information

The person who places an order through the website (www.alelgen.com) and whose information is included in the order form and invoice/delivery details.
The email and telephone information provided by the Buyer will be taken as a basis for legal notifications.
3 Subject of the Contract: Product and Payment Information

The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms of the products purchased electronically are as stated in the Shopify payment screen shown and approved to the Buyer at the time the order is completed, and in the automatic order summary sent to the Buyer's e-mail address. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.
4 Delivery and Shipping Information
• Delivery Address: Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form.

• Delivery Time: The product subject to the contract is delivered by the cargo company to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, depending on the distance of the Buyer's residence, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.
• Shipping Fee: Shipping price and delivery costs are clearly shown to the Buyer during the order and are borne by the Buyer unless a different campaign is specified. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller will be deemed to have fulfilled its performance completely and perfectly.
5 Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal
• Period and Start: The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without showing any reason.

• Notification Method: To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to make a clear notification to the Seller's communication channels (by sending an e-mail to info@alelgen.com or via the WhatsApp support line) within this period.
• Return Shipping Process: If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the product is sent back with the cargo company contracted by the Seller, the Buyer does not pay the return shipping fee. If a different cargo company is preferred, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer.
6 Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised (Exceptions)
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; goods that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene (cosmetics, personal care, hygienic products, etc.).
• Products prepared in line with the Buyer's wishes or explicit personal needs.
• Goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass.
7 Complaints and Resolution Channels
The Buyer can submit complaints and requests regarding the purchased products directly to the Seller's communication channels (info@alelgen.com or +90 537 267 37 23). In case of dispute, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place where the goods or services were purchased or where the Buyer resides, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8 Acceptance and Approval
The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that he/she has read, understood, and provided the necessary confirmation electronically on the Shopify system for all the provisions contained in this Preliminary Information Form before placing an order on the website www.alelgen.com.
