Membership Agreement

1 Parties to the Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between ALELGEN SAĞLIK DANIŞMANLIK
HİZM. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., located at BARBAROS MAH. AHLAT SK. VARYAP MERIDIAN SITESI D1 BLOK NO: 1D IC KAPI

NO: 12 ATASEHIR / ISTANBUL, which operates the website www.alelgen.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Seller"), and the internet user who is or will become a member of the website www.alelgen.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Member").
2 Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the Member's benefit from, shopping on, and use of the Company's website www.alelgen.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3 Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during membership registration on the website www.alelgen.com is true and accurate before the law, and that they will immediately and fully compensate the Company for any damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.
• The Member may not give the password they set or were given during membership registration to other individuals or organizations; the right to use the said password belongs exclusively to the Member. For this reason, the Company reserves all rights to compensation for any claims and demands that may be brought against the Company by third parties or authorized authorities due to such unauthorized use.
• The Member accepts and undertakes in advance to comply with legal regulations and not to violate them while using the www.alelgen.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will entirely and exclusively bind the Member.
• The Member may not use the www.alelgen.com website in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morals, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, or infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others.

• Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability: The Company provides its website services through the Shopify e-commerce infrastructure and servers. The Company cannot be held responsible for interruptions, data losses, systemic delays, or direct/indirect damages arising from the Shopify service provider, internet infrastructures, cyber attacks, technical updates, or force majeure events.

4 Intellectual Property Rights
• All software, design, text, visuals, logos, brands, and databases on the www.alelgen.com website belong to the Company and are protected under intellectual property law.
• The Member may not copy, modify, reproduce, publish on another platform, or use these materials for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Company. Copying the code structure or content of the site by reverse engineering methods is strictly prohibited.

5 Agreement Amendments

The Company may unilaterally amend this Agreement and any policies within the site at any time it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion, by publishing them on the website. The amended provisions shall come into force on the date of their publication on www.alelgen.com; the continued use of the site by existing Members implies their acceptance of the changes.

6 Termination of Agreement and Membership Cancellation
• This agreement will remain in force until the Member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by the Company.

• The Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Member's membership, suspend or completely delete the account if the Member violates the provisions of this agreement, site rules, or legal regulations.
• The Member has the right to terminate their membership at any time through the user panel or by providing written notification to the Company's communication channels.
7 Evidence Agreement and Authorized Court
• Evidence Agreement: The Member accepts that in disputes arising from this Agreement, the electronic and system records, log records, data traffic printouts, and email correspondences kept by the Company and Shopify service provider systems in their own database and cloud servers shall constitute definitive, binding, and exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
• Authorized Court: Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes that may arise regarding this agreement.
8 Effectiveness
This agreement shall be deemed to have come into force indefinitely between the parties when the Member fills out and approves the membership registration form or checks the relevant "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement" checkbox on the site.
